We stand by the quality of our home lamps at Tavish. Our Warranty Policy protects you when purchasing from us.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our Tavish home lamps have a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty protects against material and manufacturing workmanship defects under normal residential use.
2. What's Included
The warranty covers:
- Electrical faults (e.g., wiring problems, faulty switches)
- Damage to the lamp body or base structure
- Premature failure of contained components (light bulbs may carry a separate manufacturer warranty)
3. What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation damage
- Normal wear and tear (including fading, discoloration, or scratches)
- Power surge or use with incompatible bulbs damage
- Tavish non-authorized repairs or modifications
4. Warranty Claim Process
To make a claim under the warranty:
- Contact us at support@tavish.shop with your order number and clear description of the issue.
- Provide us with clear photos or videos of the fault.
- We'll review your claim and guide you through what happens next.
5. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same or similar model, or
- Refund you (where repair or replacement is not possible)
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the product proves to be defective within warranty, Tavish will refund return shipping within Germany.
For claims outside the international nations, shipping charges may vary.
7. Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under German and EU consumer protection law.
