1. Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order.

In order for an item to be eligible for return, the item must be unopened, in its original condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Certain items such as special order or custom products are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

We will notify you immediately upon receipt and processing of your returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.

A credit will be applied to your original form of payment and your refund will be issued if approved, within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable shipping fees. If you're being refunded, return shipping can be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

4. Return Shipping

You're liable for the cost of shipping back items, except in the case that the item is damaged or defective.
